As a Process Operator in the 5 shifts you are responsible for the daily progress of the production in such a way that the production is realized according to planning and within set guidelines, procedures and standards. In doing so, safety, quality, innovation and ethics are of paramount importance to the organization.
What will you do as Process operator?
- Compliance with safety and quality policies.
- Controlling and monitoring the automated production and cleaning processes.
- Receiving, weighing and adding raw materials.
- Administering consumption data in the automated systems and logsheets.
- Maintaining process data on log sheets.
- Performing CIPs and COPs and general cleaning tasks.
- Taking samples for quality administration.
- Testing samples and interpreting test results.
- Performing own work efficiently.
Who are you?
- You have MBO 3/4 working and thinking level.
- You have a technical education and/or completed Vapro B training is an advantage.
- You have experience in a process-oriented production environment, preferably in the food/dairy industry.
- You have knowledge of ISO, Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and Environment Health & Safety (EHS).
- You speak and write the Dutch language, English is an advantage.
- You know how to work and function well in a team.
