As a QS officer you are part of our QFS&Compliance department. Along with the other team players, you will work closely with different departments for maintaining, updating and improving the document management systems (DMS) across the MJN company.
What will you do as a Quality System Officer?
- Creation and maintenance of a local document control system.
- Designated as the Document Management Systems local administrator and ensures implementation of the local document control program aligned with the current regional and global policies and procedures.
- Validates and monitors all policies and procedures implementation.
- Maintain effective Document management System in line with ISO22000 requirements
- Supports other required Systems such as CFDA, HALAL, FSSC, ISO, etc
- Provide support during GQC, IQA, Halal, Food Safety, Religious, Regulatory and other external Audits, Inspections, sampling, etc including RCA CAPA corrective and preventive action (CAPA) submission monitoring and verification
- Provides support to facilitate continuous improvement of MJN Quality Management System initiatives
- Writes / revises documents, procedures and SOPS related to job.
- Prepares / submits timely Quality Status report submitted to Manager, Quality Systems at a required date.
- Prepares / submits other sectional reports.
- Files and maintains all documents related to conduct of job.
- Performs other duties that may be assigned.
Who are you?
- You hold a Bachelor/Master in food science, food technology, chemical or industrial engineering
- You have 1 to 3 years of experience in food industry, preferably in the quality and document management.
- You are communicative and persuasive.
- You have tactical and operational knowledge of the Quality systems and DMS
- You have good communicational skills.
- You are fluent in Dutch and have an excellent in English, both spoken and written.
- You are a pro-active team player, solution oriented with a practical can-do attitude.
