As an HR intern at Mead Johnson Nijmegen, you will be part of our cozy HR team! The team currently consists of 12 colleagues (including 3 interns), each with his/her own specialty: HR Support/Business Partners, Recruit-ment or Learning & Development. A diverse team where we deal with many different facets of HR. Depending on your interests & the possibilities within our team, we will draw up a task package and you will be given your own responsibilities.
What will you do? / What will you learn?
• Managing our HR helpdesk: here you are the first point of contact for our colleagues with HR-related questions. You answer these questions independently or forward them to the appropriate HR colleague; in time you will be able to answer them more often independently.
• Recruitment: preparing vacancies, assessing CVs/candidates, conducting job interviews.
• Draw up contracts, implement personnel changes, keep personnel files up to date, check forms of new employees, etc.
• Participate in (HR related) projects, such as Employer Branding or Onboarding.
• Absence management & registration.
Who are you?
• You are currently studying HRM or similar and are available for a minimum of 32 hours per week.
• You are fluent in Dutch and have a good command of the English language. Please note: non-Dutch speaking candidates will not be taken into consideration.
• You are proactive, communicatively strong, flexible and can work well in a team as well as independently.
• In addition to the above points, we find it most important that you are enthusiastic and motivated!

• Internship fee of 265 euros per month for an MBO student or 315 euros per month for an HBO student (based on a 40-hour work week).
• 5/10 months internship (in consultation). Start date: each year in September or February.
