Our Learning and Development department is looking for an enthusiastic, communicative, and energetic intern. You will work with a diverse and positive team within a dynamic organization. In this team we are responsible for all the learning and personal development within the organization. Every day you will be challenged to experience new things and keep developing yourself, with great guidance from the organization.
What are you going to do? / What are you going to learn?
• You are going to work on a variety of subjects, from health and safety to quality and personal development.
• You are going to contribute to developing and maintaining our LMS.
• You will learn to give effective advice to multiple departments.
• You will learn how to coordinate externally purchased training within the organization.
Who are you?
• You are currently following the study Learning and Development in Organizations in the second, third or fourth year.
• You are eager to learn, have good planning skills; moreover, you are assertive and a real go-getter.
• You are fluent in Dutch and can express yourself well verbally and in writing in English. Please note: non-Dutch-speaking candidates will not be taken into consideration.
• In addition to the above points, we think the most important thing is that you are enthusiastic and motivated.
What do we offer?

• Internship allowance of €315,- (HBO) or €500,- (WO) euro per month (based on a 40-hour working week).
• 5/10 months of internship (in consultation). Start datum: each year in September or February
